Viewing Visits
If you are thinking of investing in North Cyprus a viewing visit is a must. You will get to meet our team who will take you around North Cyprus to visit all the properties and areas that you are interested in. A few days spent visiting will give you a much clearer view of what living in North Cyprus would be like, when you have met the local people and experienced the way of life. The practicalities of moving here to live or renting out your property, and how that could be achieved will all seem a lot clearer. You will have plenty of time to take in the different investment options and ask any financial and legal questions that you may have.
Before arriving in North Cyprus you need to ensure that you have at your disposal sufficient funds to cover the reservation deposit on a property. The minimum required is normally £1,000 – £3,000 which can be paid by cash or bank transfer. Most reservation deposits to Vendors are non–refundable so it’s important to have your finances in place before reserving a property. Contracts will be drafted either by our recommended solicitor or your chosen solicitor and it is expected that your cleared funds are received within 14 days. When a reservation deposit is lodged against the property, the sale price is fixed and the unit is taken off the market and reserved in the buyer’s name.

How to get to North Cyprus
By air
Ercan airport is the main airport in North Cyprus and Gecitkale is a back–up airport. Flights are from Europe and mainland Turkey. There are scheduled flights to North Cyprus (Ercan Airport) from Manchester International, Glasgow, Belfast, London Stansted, Heathrow and Gatwick. Flights from Europe to the TRNC have to land in Turkey first for a short stop over but usually it is not necessary to change planes. It is anticipated that direct flights will soon fly into Ercan Airport.

By sea
There are scheduled ferry-boat services from Mersin to Gazimagusa (Famagusta) and daily sea-bus and ferry services from Tasucu to Girne. During the summer months services are also organised from Alanya to Girne.
There are daily car and passenger ferries from Turkey and Israel to the island. Many people enjoy taking the ferry from Girne to Tasucu in Turkey for the shopping!
