C & T Construction & Estates is based in Lefkosa. Our office is open 7 days a week 08.00 – 18.00 and our team will be delighted to hear from you – by phone or e mail – and to answer all of your questions or offer help.
Our directors, Jennifer Horabin and David Wood had been operating within the construction and estate agency arena in the UK for many years. They decided to relocate and compared Mediterranean destinations for investment opportunities. They were strongly advised to look at North Cyprus and very soon realised the investment potential – right place, right time! They settled very quickly in North Cyprus, love the way of life and have got involved in the local community. They decided to work with one constructor so they can be in control of all their projects and they, in turn, likes dealing with one estate agency who liaises with the clients and understands their expectations and requirements.
The rest of our team is made up of English and Turkish Cypriot members who between them staff the office seven days a week. They very much enjoy meeting our visitors and clients and showing off their country. We have our own in–house architects, project managers and finance team. We also have an extended team of people that we can rely on and trust for car hire, taxi transfers, furniture supply, property management etc. Specialists in their own way who take pride in the services they deliver.
